Our practice strives to maintain a punctual schedule. However, please be aware that obstetric emergencies may occasionally arise and require immediate attention. Should your appointment be impacted, we will notify you as promptly as possible. In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate you by either seeing you with another available provider at your scheduled time or rescheduling your visit at the earliest convenient opportunity.

Refills / Lab Results / Patient Portal
- We ask that you allow 36-48 hours for all refills.
Please be aware that we will only refill prescriptions during office hours. - Effective 06-10-2021, we would like to inform all patients that ALL test results will be delivered through our online patient portal The nurses wi1l no longer be calling patients to deliver results. If further instructions are needed due to abnormal results, the nurse will provide details on how to proceed in the message containing the results. Please DO NOT call the office for results. The BIOTE lab panel will also be provided through the portal, but it will be the patient’s responsibility to call and schedule a follow up visit to review the results and determine further care. This panel is complex and it does require an office visit for review. The patient portal can be accessed at www.YourHealthFile.com. You will be required to provide the email address you frequent so that our staff can get you registered to have access if you are not currently registered.**You will receive a confirmation email with further instructions on how to continue registration and account set up.
